EFFECT OF COUNSELING ON IMPROVING LEARNING MOTIVATION CLASS VII STUDENT LEARNING IN SCHOOL YEAR Ampenan Hidayatullah MTs 2009/2010

Background
Learning is a business that is done each individual, in order to increase knowledge and their skill or in other words, learning is an effort to grow mature, especially for students who are attending school, they learn nothing stopping both at school and at home.
In this study there was a goal achieved by each individual study called for the purpose of learning. The purpose of learning is a change in behavior in the form of additional knowledge, expertise skills, attitudes and habits-habits of individuals studied.
Problem Formulation
As for the formulation of the problem in this research is How the behavior of students in the implementation of the tutoring to increase student motivation in MTs Hidayatullah Ampenan School Year 2009/2010;
Destination issue
As for the purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the implementation of the tutoring to increase student motivation in MTs Hidayatullah Ampenan,
Basis Theory
Tutoring is one type that provides assistance to individuals in solving the difficulties associated with the problem of learning difficulties in school and outside of school then other experts say that "learning is the process of providing guidance assistance to individuals in solving problems and learning difficulties in school outside of school.
Based on the above opinion, it can be concluded that tutoring is the activity of providing guidance to students who  learning difficulties, both individually and as group, ultimately troubled students free of problems or difficulties in natural and can increase learning motivation.
Types of motivation
      a. Intrinsic motivation is the motivation of the students,
      
b. Eksrinsik Motivation is motivation outside of the student.
Learning outcomes will improve if the motivation to learn increases. In connection with this motivation, one expert explained that there are two motivations: intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. One expert said that: intrinsic motivation are the motivations that become active or function does not need to stimuli from outside, because inside every no urge to do something. Someone who likes to read, do not need to be told or pushed, he was diligently looking for books for reading.
Based on the explanation above, the mean intrinsic motivation is self-motivation is the children themselves who raised without stimulating or impulse that is in the individual. While motivation Extrinsic motivations are active and functioning due to external stimuli. Such a person is learning, knowing that tomorrow is the test in the hope of a good value, so it will be in glory with the theme.
      
Based on the above, it is the intention to motivation is the driving force that comes from outside the child itself, as a reward, gift, exams, competition leading to the motivation of the child.
Hypothesis
The hypothesis is temporary answer to the problem of the validity of research remains to be tested empirically. write the word hypothesis mean in this study is a statement that is still in doubt its truth and needs to be proven again.
In connection with the above, then this research may be submitted following sebagqai Alternative hypothesis: There is the influence of the implementation of the tutoring to increase student motivation VIIa grade MTs Hidayatullah Lesson Ampenan years 2009 to 2010.
